Login and Security

To login to EASYNET, the Principal Account Holder must submit a “username” which will be used to identify you in our system. It must be unique and may contain maximum of eight (8) characters. Do not use numeric for the first character. To avoid duplication of usernames, it is important that you fill three (3) choices from which one will be chosen.

Upon activation of your account, our Customer Service Representative will contact you and assign you your final username and your temporary password. You may change your password at our website.

Please note that your username will also be your primary email address – username@easy.net.ph

Extension Accounts

The Principle Account Holder has the option to avail of up to two (2) extension accounts. Each extension account will be provided with one (1) login username and one (1) email address. The username will also be their email address. Please note that usage of EASY Plan Packages, including usage of minutes in excess of the subscribed EASY Plan, by the Extension Account(s) will be charged to the Principal Account Holder.

Subscriber Protection Program

To protect our subscribers and to avoid unauthorized use of your EASYNET Plan, we have implemented a Caller Line Identification (CLI) System.

Kindly enroll the telephone numbers that you will be using to dial up to EASYNET (maximum of 3).
